Shipping- Most all items that are ready to

ship will ship within seven business days or

sooner, please pay attention to preorder items and turnaround time. If you order a preorder item with ready to ship items, the whole entire order will not ship until the preorder item arrives. 

Returns/exchanges- We are an all sales final boutique. We do not take returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged you need to contact us within 24 hours, and we will fix the issue.
